Mainstream Support
Mainstream Support is covered in our standard support agreement. It includes 24x7 technical support and free in-version upgrades of all licensed features. It may also include feature updates requested by customers.

Extended Phase Support
Entended Support is covered in our extended support agreement. It includes the same 24x7 technical support, but no upgrades or feature updates. Software entering the extended support phase has been replaced by newer versions of the software.
